Certification Requirements

Step 1: Obedience train your dog. If you need help with this step contact Lori Woodward or Liz Norris.
Step 2: Complete application and schedule testing with either Liz or Lori. Testing occurs at two locations...Georgetown  and Frankfort.

Step 3: 

 

 If you pass the test then you turn in your paperwork and pay membership dues. $35.00 for one dog for each year. Second dog is $10.00 more.

$35.00 covers your Identification Badge, Bandana, Certificate of Achievement and liability insurance
Step 4: Complete 10 hours of supervised visits with a current member. Submit your 10 hours of visits to Lori Woodward to receive your permanent ID Badge.
Step 5: Recertification yearly is required. Dogs must be retested

Checks for membership are to be made payable to Pawsibilities Unleashed Pet Therapy.

We accept junior members if there is parent or adult mentor. The fee is $35.00.

You will sign an Owner/Handler Agreement with Pawsibilities Unleashed Pet Therapy stating you agree with our policies and procedures.

All paperwork is to be turned in to Liz or Lori. They will validate it  for processing unless otherwise instructed.
