Terms and Conditions

Classes

Classes are held on Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm, Saturdays at 11:30 am. You can choose either class to fit your schedule. However, you are only allowed one class per week.

Right to Decline Enrollment

The right to decline enrollment or service is reserved for the trainer and is not disputable.

Cancellations

We will do our best to post any cancellations on our website at www.pawsibilitiesunleashed.org. If there is severe weather, please check the website or call the office to check for cancellations. If class is cancelled you will be allowed to make up the class once classes resume.

Refund Policy for Basic Obedience Classes

There are no refunds once your first class has started.

Attendance

Owners should sign up for a class they can attend. In fairness to all clients who are attending, owners should show up on time for class. If you are unable to attend a class session, you should let us know.

You will be able to make up the session.

What to wear

Please wear pants and appropriate shirts such as t-shirts. Wear tennis shoes or hard soled shoes. No tank tops, shorts that are very short or flip flops or sandals allowed. Please keep in mind; families with children are sometimes in our classes. Please dress appropriately. If we feel you are inappropriately dressed, we will ask you to leave the classroom.

Families with Dogs

We are happy to have other family members and children attend our classes. In order to make it a fun and safe environment for everyone in the class, please review the following guidelines:

>> Children must be under parental control at all times.

>> Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18) who is not participating in training the dog at all times during class. Please do not drop off children for class and leave.

>>No running or yelling in the classroom.
>>Please explain to your children that not all dogs are socialized to, friendly toward or comfortable around children,
so they should not approach or pet other dogs in the class. If your child wants to meet another dog, please
obtain the owner’s permission, and only allow them to interact with the dog during non-instructional times.

It is not uncommon for children to get bored during class. Please bring quiet toys or activities to keep them entertained.

Aggressive Dogs

Dogs that demonstrate aggressive tendencies toward other dogs or humans will be evaluated by the trainer as to their safety to remain in a group setting. If there is any concern on the trainer’s behalf, the owners and dog will be excused from class. Dog aggression is a very serious issue and sometimes needs to be handled in private sessions with the trainer. If this is the case, the trainer will inform you before dismissing you from class.
